Return Policy


We adhere to a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your order was shipped, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. If 3 business days have passed since your order was marked delivered, and you have not contacted us, we cannot process a return. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid this issue.

We also adhere to a 100% no risk money back guarantee policy. If the product is damaged, lost, or defective , we will replace the item or provide store credit on the spot and there is no need to send the item back to us . In the case of a damaged or defective item, we require photographic evidence and it must be deemed non-tampered damage by our support team.

If you change your mind about your purchase , you must ship the item back to our returns address and we can process your return once we receive it and it is in satisfactory condition for reuse. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before you receive a tracking number, we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. 

For your item to be an eligible return candidate, it must not be altered in any way, must have it's original shipping label, be in the same condition, and in the same packaging (including the original shipping packet) as it was in once received, and it must be marked as returned goods on the packing slip.

Unfortunately there are no refunds on undergarments (including sports bras) due to health and sanitation concerns.


If you wish to cancel your order - please contact us. Please be advised that a 10$ restocking and handling fee is deducted from the order . Please be absolutely sure of your order before you place it. If your order has shipped already - it cannot be cancelled and the item must be shipped back to our fulfillment to receive reimbursement.


Before placing your order ensure that you order the correct size as per sizing chart. If you are unsure, contact us and we will fulfill any sizing questions. If you happen to receive your item and it is too large or small, you may send it back to our returns address. Once it is processed and is verified in reusable condition, the new size is then sent out or store credit is offered. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges in this situation, and Fitstar is not liable for any postal delays or mishaps which may occur during the process.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and your proof of purchase. Once this is verified we can work on the return process. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the logistics centre you received it from. They are a separate entity from our sales/exchange department and your package will not be received, and therefore a refund cannot be offered. 


Once we have received your item, it is inspected and processed. We will contact you by email notifying you that we have received your item. At this point your item is still subject to approval to a refund, based on conditions.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a refund in the form of store credit will be applied and emailed to you.

Sale items are not subject to refunds. All sale items are 100% FINAL. Sale items may only be exchanged.


If you change your mind about an item, and want something else, we can offer you store credit on the item once we receive the unwanted item back and it is subject to all conditional requirements. The returned item must be in condition for reuse and as stated above, is donated to a local Canadian charity. 


To ship your product to us, contact us here and we will direct you further instruction. Please do not send the items back to the fulfillment centre - a return cannot be processed at this location. We will provide the address to you via email once we have received your request to initiate a return. When shipping an item to us - it must be marked as 'returned goods' on the shipping slip. Items not marked as returned goods will be returned to sender. Please note we do not provide prepaid shipping labels, the customer is responsible for posting the return back.

We are not liable for any items lost in the postal system. If we do not receive your return, we cannot issue you a refund. If we receive the item and it is not in the same state it was sent to you as, we cannot issue you a refund.
